Paper Towel and Toilet Paper Brand Strategy

The challenge to launch a new snack brand that is not only delicious but also recognizable, emotionally engaging, and visually striking.

We began with in-depth analysis:

  • Held a brand session with the client to understand the vision, ambitions, and the product.

  • Built a structure for deep-dive interviews and spoke with category consumers.

  • Identified key insights, audience segments, and shaped the cultural context of the brand.

  • Conducted a competitive analysis to find areas of differentiation.

Naming and Identity:

  • Analyzed historical, cultural, and emotional contexts relevant to the brand concept.

  • Created over 50 name options, selected the finalists, and approved a simple and powerful name Buenos Nachos.

  • Designed the logo and visual identity system that conveys the brand’s mood, fun, and warm energy.

Packaging Design:

  • Created a color system and design for the SKU line that unites all products into a cohesive visual language.

  • Assembled everything into a flexible design system for future scaling.

  • Prepared print-ready layouts.
